CVS Virtual Care is replacing Teladoc telehealth services for On-demand care.
We are excited to also offer the choice of selecting a virtual primary care physician for your ongoing care, with visit copays as low as zero dollars on the Core and Premier PPO plans and $5 on the HIP after your deductible is met. More information about both on-demand virtual care as well as virtual primary care will be provided in the coming weeks and months.
Starting January 1, 2025, you will have the option to refill a 90-day supply of eligible maintenance medications at a retail pharmacy OR through the Optum home delivery service. The choice is yours! You will not be auto-enrolled in mail order and you will not have to opt out. Explore your options on the OptumRx member portal at optumrx.com.
